Engage in our real-world, action-based learning environment and hear from current students on how they’re reaching their goals with a Michigan Ross education.
This fly-in program for out of state applicants is geared toward, but not limited to, students from groups historically underrepresented at the University of Michigan, such as Black or African-American, Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, Hispanic or Latinx, American Indian or Native Alaskan, first-generation college students, students from households with limited financial resources, and students from underrepresented geographic areas.
This event is FREE for all selected to attend, including up to two parents/guardians. (Including airfare, hotel, and any meals that are officially a part of All-Access-Weekend.)

During the program, participants will:
Learn about the Michigan Ross action-based curriculum
Engage with University of Michigan faculty, staff, and students
Build positive and professional relationships with highly motivated peers across the nation
Gain a deeper understanding of the college application process, as it applies to selective undergraduate business programs
To apply, students must:
- Be a rising high school junior or senior
- Exhibit propensity for academic excellence (No minimum GPA is required to apply, but priority consideration will be given to students with a 3.5 or higher.)
- Reside in the United States in a state other than Michigan, with the exception of U.S. military families living abroad
- Submit a complete application within the application window , which is typically early March through late June
- Submit a scanned copy of high school transcript that includes GPA (unweighted, if possible) and any standardized test scores, if taken (e.g. PSAT, SAT, ACT), as part of your application
