Engage in our real-world, action-based learning environment and hear from current students on how they’re reaching their goals with a Michigan Ross education.
The event is free for all selected to attend, as well as two parents/guardians. (airfare, hotel, and meals that are officially a part of All-Access Weekend are included.)

During the program, you will:
Learn about the Michigan Ross action-based curriculum
Engage with University of Michigan faculty, staff, and students
Build positive and professional relationships with highly motivated peers
Gain a deeper understanding of the college application process
All students who meet the eligibility requirements are welcome to apply to this fly-in program for out-of-state students. We especially encourage applicants from resource-limited households, first-generation students, and those who may have had minimal exposure to business leadership concepts, experiences, and networks.
Eligibility Requirements
- Reside in a U.S. state other than Michigan or are from a U.S. military family living abroad
- 11th- or 12th-grade student at the time of the program
To apply, you must:
- Demonstrate propensity for academic excellence (no minimum GPA is required to apply, but priority consideration will be given to students with a minimum GPA of 3.5)
- Submit a complete application within the application window, which is typically early March through late May
- Submit a scanned copy of your high school transcript that includes GPA (unweighted, if possible) and any standardized test scores, if taken (e.g., PSAT, SAT, ACT)
