Our Career Development Office provides extensive resources to help you
land the job that’s right for you.

As an incoming MM student, take part in career exploration activities, such as self-assessment exercises, to define the type of careers that best fit your interests, values, and skills.

Participate in a series of workshops designed for and dedicated to your job-search success. Workshop topics include resume and cover letter writing, networking skills, and tips from former recruiters.

Meet with staff and career coaches with expertise in your field of interest to gain the leverage you need to get your dream job. They can help you map out a focused job search plan or negotiate offers. Drop-in office hours are available daily for any quick questions you have.  

Ross student clubs — organized around career interests — sponsor conferences and special events and can help you network with other students and alumni.
