Our Career Development Office (CDO) offers personal and career exploration resources, job search coaching, interview preparation, and job negotiation training to support students' interest in finance careers. Through CDO, you can also work with a career coach who specializes in helping students prepare for and identify roles in finance, or gain insight from a BBA peer coach on a similar career track. CDO also has a dedicated Industry Relations Manager in finance who manages relationships with companies and source opportunities for students.

Work with the Finance Action Network
Benefit from a comprehensive overview of finance recruiting through CDO's Finance Action Network. Programming focuses on enhancing networking preparation and introduces you to behavioral and technical interviewing. You'll also explore the different sectors within finance and receive hands-on experience from financial peer coaches. Upon completion of the program, students will be invited to a technical mentorship cohort led by peer coaches in the winter term.
