At Anchor Bay Entertainment, Amy served as a Marketing Manager, overseeing the marketing campaigns for Thomas the Tank Engine, introducing this beloved franchise to a wider audience in the United States. She developed comprehensive marketing strategies, fostering relationships with filmmakers, talent, estates, and publishers to optimize product lifecycles and boost sales.
Prior to Anchor Bay, Amy spent five years at American Express Company in Partnership Marketing and Card Acquisition. She negotiated strategic partnerships with industry leaders like Exxon/Mobil, FedEx, Hertz, and Hilton, delivering substantial savings to Small Business Card members and driving an increase in billed business among partners. Amy introduced the innovative "Decline-Counteroffer" program, acquiring thousands of new Corporate Card customers in the first year and exceeding conversion rate targets.
