Jane Okun Bomba

Jane Okun Bomba is President of Saddle Ridge Consulting and advises management teams and boards on a range of strategic projects, including transaction integration, investor relations, corporate governance, HR and compensation and ESG. She was Chief Administrative Officer at IHS Markit, a global $20 billion Information Services. After leading the company’s IPO, she led 450 people worldwide in HR, Investor Relations, Marketing, and Communications.

Previously, Jane held executive positions at Velocom, MediaOne Group, Northwest Airlines and American Airlines. She started her career at Price Waterhouse. Ms. Bomba has had particular success in engaging a diverse, global workforce by focusing on building a strong, consistent culture and through deliberate communications and employee engagement.

Jane serves on the board of Kickstart International & on the U-M LS&A Dean’s Advisory Committee. She holds a BGS and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and completed graduate studies at the Stockholm School of Economics. Jane was recognized as one of the Most Powerful Women in Colorado and was named a NIRI fellow, the highest recognition by the National Investor Relations Institute.
