John C. Rocchio

John Rocchio co-founded Newstone Capital Partners LLC in 2006. Newstone is an investment firm established to provide junior debt and equity capital to private equity sponsors pursuing leverage buyouts, recapitalizations, and later-stage growth financings. Over the past twenty-five years, Rocchio has been extensively involved in junior debt and equity investing. Prior to forming Newstone, he was a managing director of TCW/Crescent Mezzanine LLC and TCW. Prior thereto, he was a vice president of Crescent Capital Corporation and a senior manager at KPMG. Rocchio received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BBA from the University of Michigan.
