Kathy Kelley

Kathy Kelley is an experienced talent leader focused on creating a culture where all professionals can be and do their best.  She enjoys connecting strategy elements to identify creative approaches and communications that bring culture and strategy to life. 

With Deloitte over 25 years, Kathy initially joined the audit practice, and has also held office and regional talent leadership roles.   Most recently Kathy has focused primarily on driving Inclusion, Well-being and general talent strategies for Deloitte’s national tax practice.  Kathy also enjoys opportunities to give back to U of M!
