Kevin Ozan
Kevin Ozan was appointed Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of McDonald’s effective March, 2015. McDonald’s has operations in 120 countries, revenues of more than $20 billion and a market cap of more than $125 billion. Kevin is responsible for all financial matters, including Accounting, Internal Audit & Controls, Treasury, Tax, Insurance, Pricing, Global Business Services and Investor Relations. In addition, he oversees Franchising, Technology, Restaurant Development and Workplace Solutions.
Prior to becoming CFO, Kevin was Corporate Controller effective February, 2008 and Assistant Controller beginning May, 2007. He previously served in various positions in accounting/finance, including financial reporting, US business unit finance, temporary controller in Sweden and Investor Relations.
Kevin has been with McDonald’s since 1997. Prior to working at McDonald’s, he worked at Ernst & Young for 11 years in their audit and M&A practices, including one year in London.
He has his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University.
Kevin serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana. His hobbies include sports, reading, traveling and music.
