Career Background

Kevin recently founded his marketing, strategy, and AI consulting firm after a 25-year corporate career driving innovation and growth.

Kevin started as an engineer at Ford, living in both the US and Germany and designing their first electrically-powered steering system.

At Procter & Gamble, Kevin led multiple billion-dollar businesses over two decades in Brand Management: He transformed brand-building in P&G’s B2B group as the global marketing, insights, and communications leader. He also turned Surface Care (Swiffer, Mr. Clean, Microban) from years of decline to category-leading growth as Brand VP. Kevin drove these results behind impactful strategy grounded in consumer insights; innovation (including breakthrough launches like Microban and Swiffer PowerMop); groundbreaking, award-winning marketing; disciplined financial management; and coaching and developing teams.

In his last year at P&G, as VP of Strategic Growth Initiatives for Home Care, Kevin prototyped and piloted generative AI in daily multi-functional work and trained over 700 P&G’ers around the world. Kevin’s AI leadership helped dozens of P&G teams crack unsolved problems and freed hours per week. Kevin retired from P&G in June 2024.

For the past 4 years, Kevin has also served on the board of directors of The Maids, a private equity-owned home cleaning service franchisor.

Kevin holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School, where he’s also guest lectured in the Marketing and Strategy departments for 15 years.
