While I remain co - managing partner of both the high yield private mortgage fund and the real estate equity fund, I’ve turned over most of the day to day duties to my much younger co - managing partner and now operate as chief investment officer, enjoying a reduced 20 -25 hour work week and plenty of time to spend with my daughter and my two grandchildren.
