Adi Inamdar
"Hello all, my name is Adi and I am part of the 2024 WMBA cohort. Born and brought up in Pune, India, I came to the US in 2005 for my Masters. I studied at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and, of course, fell in love with the school and the town. That is one of the two main reasons for me to get an MBA at Ross, this and that Ross is one of the best schools in the country.
I currently live in Novi, MI (20-30 min from AA) with my wife and son. I work at Siemens as a Technical Lead and am a huge soccer (football) fan and an avid F1 follower.
I always had an MBA on my mind for a while and finally took the plunge and applied. The reason to get an MBA is two-fold; one is to further my career with a management degree and the skills I will acquire throughout the course; the other is to pivot to a different role that what I have been doing for the last 15 years. My interest lies in Marketing and Strategy and that is the stream I have chosen for my second year. I also want to assume better leadership positions in my current organization and have realized that and MBA will provide the skills to get me there. I participated in the Sanger Leadership program called LDRx which gave me a great view of what a leader should be and I highly recommend that program.
As a second year WMBA student, I am the VP for Marketing and Communications and was an active part of the team during my first year.
I will be more than happy to be of assistance in any way possible. Connect with me via Slack or email or just come up and say ""hi"" and we can have a chat and I can help with any questions or queries. Looking forward to our interactions and best of luck with the program.
GO BLUE!"
