Aishwarya Raja

Hi there! I’m Aishwarya from India. I grew up in Hyderabad and later moved to Bangalore for my undergraduate studies and work.

I have an engineering background but since the start of my career, I've worked in customer-facing roles within sales organizations. My experience spans across Customer Success, Sales, and Product Management, all within the tech industry. I began my career at National Instruments, working with Aerospace, Defense, and Semiconductor clients to help them develop test applications. A few years in, I transitioned to an early-stage startup to explore the tech startup world. Most recently, before joining Ross, I worked as an Account Manager at HackerRank (a SaaS startup), managing renewals and customer engagement for APAC accounts.

Just a year ago, I was in your shoes, exploring my fit for an MBA program. Conversations with students and alumni were incredibly helpful, and the strong sense of the 'Ross Community' consistently came through. As an international student, finding a warm and welcoming community was important to me, and that’s what led me to choose Ross.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing sports. I played Ultimate Frisbee in Bangalore and am glad to have found a group here in Ann Arbor as well.
