Bailey Ethier

After bouncing back and forth between Texas and the northeast my whole life, I made the decision to break the trend and move to Ann Arbor for my MBA. 

Prior to coming to Ross, I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with degrees in Advertising and Journalism. While there, I interned and later worked full-time at Silvercar by Audi in various marketing roles. I then served as a Senior Strategist at Razorfish, where I focused on helping brands optimize their CRM programs and enhance customer experiences.

The choice to attend Ross was driven by its strong community and culture, which really came through from my conversations with last year’s Ross ambassadors. Additionally, I felt Ross' commitment to action-based learning aligned perfectly with my career goals. I am currently recruiting for consulting roles in New York and actively involved in the Consulting Club as an AVP of Finance & Technology, the Sports Business Association, the Detroit Initiative at Ross, and the Wolverine Wine Club.
