Caio Ozorio Martins

Before Ross I worked as a Data Scientist in Rio de Janeiro, where I led the development of software and mathematical models for financial planning, enhancing forecasts accuracy and operational efficiency. My journey also includes roles in Operations Management and Marketing, where I focused on innovative data solutions and process optimization to improve productivity and customer engagement. I am proud to promote a positive impact through my work, both through the use of technology and by influencing people.

I chose Ross for its action-based learning approach and its strong emphasis on collaboration and leadership—values that resonate deeply with me and are perfectly aligned with my career aspirations. My goal is to connect my diverse professional background with my personal interests to drive strategic initiatives and create impactful solutions in the Sports Business world.

Outside of my studies, I’m passionate about Capoeira, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Soccer. I’m also dedicated to mindfulness and meditation, which help me maintain balance and focus. As a Student Ambassador, I’m thrilled to share my experiences and insights about Ross and connect with others eager to make a meaningful impact through business.
