Prior to Ross, I embarked on my career as an embedded system engineer at an ODM. My chief tasks involved developing, designing, and debugging firmware for laptops, and this required me to work cross-functionally with diverse teams to tackle complex problems. After two and a half years, I transitioned into a Software Project Manager role. This change shifted my focus towards client-facing responsibilities and leading projects. My dedication to providing the optimal solutions for products honed my problem-solving and managerial skills. This enriching experience inspired me to further enhance my strategic business decision-making abilities and boost my market acumen by pursuing an MBA.
