Prior to Ross, I was a Program Manager in the Sustainability practice at one of India’s leading philanthropic foundations, which allowed me the opportunity to learn and solve development problems at scale and comprehend the impact ecosystem. I was also a core founding team member of the India Climate Collaborative, a platform that brings philanthropy and business together to fight climate change. However, this career in sustainability and impact was a complete shift from my prior life as a Chartered Accountant and a tax consultant at EY in Mumbai.

I loved working in the social impact/ development sector, but I am now eager to explore a career at the intersection of impact and business - which brings me to Ross.
