Before Ross, I worked at Gusto and Facebook as a software engineer in the Bay Area and New York City. I realized that coding wasn’t my passion and decided to pursue an MBA to learn the skills I need to become a leader in the social enterprise space. Ross’ focus on action-based learning was really important to me as a career switcher, with programs like MAP and Open Road to give valuable real-life experience. The combination of action-based learning, an impressively passionate alumni network, medium class size, and a friendly, welcoming culture convinced me that Ross was the perfect fit.
