Frank Tang

I am a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley's Healthcare Investment Banking Group, based in San Francisco. I lead the group's West Coast biotechnology coverage effort, focusing on strategic advisory, mergers & acquisitions and capital markets. I joined Morgan Stanley in 2020 and have well over a decade of experience in biopharmaceuticals investment banking. I have advised on and completed over ~$150Bn of M&A and ~ $45Bn of capital markets transactions. I hold an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Mathematics-Economics from UCLA.
