Gilbert Pasquale
My name is Gilbert Pasquale, a full-time MBA graduate from the Class of 2022. After receiving my undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins, I spent 6 years as a management consultant with Accenture in Washington, DC primarily working within the federal space. Here, I fell in love with operations and decided that I wanted a more rigorous academic background in both operations and business. The Tauber program at Ross was a perfect fit.
While attending Ross, I dove into all things operations and tech. I took Andy Hoffman's Sustainable Strategies for Development class and found a passion for the intersection of operations, technology and sustainability. From there, I targeted real world experiences with that intersection in mind. This included my MAP project where I analyzed and improved the inventory management algorithms of Amazon's nascent grocery business, Amazon Fresh. My internship through the Tauber program involved measuring operational efficiency at a Beyond Meat plant as well. Not all of my time at Ross was spent academically and professionally. I am an avid sports fan and purchased season tickets to Football, Hockey, and Basketball my second year at Ross. Go Blue! I love staying active, so soccer club and the informal running groups affiliated with Ross were also favorites of mine. After graduation, I moved to Chicago and took a job in the Supply Chain organization with Impossible Foods where I've been ever since.
Please reach out if you have any questions regarding Ross, Tauber, Supply Chain Management, the Food and Beverage Industry, or anything else where I can be of help!
