Jorge Melillan

I was born and raised in Santiago, Chile. I started my career in the CPG industry in revenue management and then pivoted into Supply Chain Consulting, mainly focusing on supply chain planning and technology. Throughout my career I enjoyed being exposed to different ways of thinking. This is the main reason I decided to pursue an MBA as I get the chance to learn from talented and experienced classmates. 

I came to Ross as I quickly understood it was the best fit for me. Its collaborative, helpful and welcoming student body made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole application process and it really feels as a family now that I am experiencing my first adventure living abroad. On the other hand, its hands-on action learning enables me to see a real impact throughout this learning process.
