Joseph Hawkins

I call Minnesota home but I grew up overseas and spent 17 years attending international schools in Norway, China, Belgium and Qatar before my undergrad at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Before Ross, I was a  chemical engineer in the specialty chemicals industry, working to optimize process designs and drive operations efficiencies. I am passionate about solving complex and ambiguous challenges related to sustainability by leveraging my background in chemical engineering and economics to work at the intersection of strategy and operations. Outside of school and work, I play volleyball, spend time with my partner and watch the Minnesota Vikings struggle.
