I am so glad you are considering Michigan Ross! My name is Kajal, and I spent the first several years of my career at Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices in Southern California - where I was born and raised. After Ross, I went into strategy consulting at L.E.K. Consulting, focusing on MedTech and Healthcare Services.

I decided to move across the country to pursue my MBA at Ross because I knew the program would prepare me for an exciting career trajectory and be a fun and transformative environment. At Ross, I explored my interests in entrepreneurship through Women Who Launch and strengthened my leadership skills through the Sanger Leadership Center while recruiting for Consulting and broadening my knowledge of the healthcare industry. 

Ross also gave me the opportunity to travel and explore new cultures. Academically, I took the opportunity to participate in Short Global Immersions in Sweden and France to learn about global innovation and healthcare trends.

Through it all, I made lifelong friends who were the core of the Ross experience and continue to be an invaluable support system. I would be happy to chat about any questions about Ross, regardless of where you are in your application journey! Go Blue!
