Kenny Berrouet

I'm a proud first-generation Haitian American and NYC native. My background is in HR, recruitment, and mission-driven work across education, Ed/Fintech startups, and Non-Profit. I’m passionate about developing people, driving impact, and fostering inclusive environments. Before joining Ross, I had the opportunity to lead HR strategies at dynamic organizations, from improving people strategy to shaping DEI best practices.
