Kwang Jin Kim

My name is Kwang Jin Kim, and I am from Korea. Since 2014, I’ve been working in the field of advanced battery materials, focusing on innovation and sustainability in the automotive industry. My passion for developing cutting-edge energy solutions led me to pursue materials engineering and work as a battery scientist and engineer.

Prior to Ross, I led several cross-functional teams, driving AI-driven research initiatives aimed at creating more efficient and sustainable energy storage solutions. This aligns with my long-term goal of making clean energy more accessible. I am pursuing my MBA at Ross to systematically learn more about business strategy and leadership, with a focus on sustainability, as I transition into consulting.
