Before joining Ross, I worked as a Strategy and Operations Manager at Citibank Taiwan, where I collaborated with the executive team to solve complex business challenges and ensure that performance targets were consistently met. My journey started as a Rotational Management Associate, where I developed a strong foundation in financial services, and strategic problem-solving.

I chose Ross because of PEOPLE. Throughout my application , I received tremendous support from current students and alumni, who demonstrated what makes this school truly special. The culture of collaboration, mentorship, and inclusivity made me feel welcome, and now, it’s my turn to pay it forward!
