Likitha Namireddy

Class of 2026

An electrical engineer by education, but quickly figured that wasn't it for me. Tested the waters on the management side of things through multiple internships and freelance work in content writing and marketing, and it naturally seemed a better fit.

I pursued a business development career for the past 4 years where my work involved putting together proposals, drafting solution responses, and responding to RFPs/RFIs of fortune 500 clients (and more) in the Communications, Media and Tech Industries. I found myself seeking more impactful problem-solving work in a consulting function and wanting to develop a broad management toolkit. I chose the Ross MBA for its action-oriented learning through venture funds, leadership academy, clubs, MAP as well as it's fun culture of collaboration.
