Matthew Mercier

After completing my undergraduate degree here at Michigan, I worked as a Data Science Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. I was looking for a career change and knew that somewhere down the line I would hope to end up in a leadership role. I chose Ross and the MBAn program to leverage my technical skill set and learn the business and leadership skills that would be integral to my future professional endeavors.

The MBAn program has a very cohesive and concise class size and schedule allowing for a unique experience growing and learning with your cohort. Having a vast majority of courses together with the same like-minded people allows for highly effective collaboration that wasn't quite as present in my undergraduate experience. This program excels in its groupwork and collaborative projects allowing for a class environment that mirrors a professional one. Ross is full of bright and forward-thinking individuals across its faculty and student body and I find I learn just as much from my fellow students as I do from professors.
