Natalie Ricklefs
Before joining Ross, I spent three years as an account manager for a marketing agency in New York City, followed by three years in marketing for a Belgian GovTech startup, where I led their expansion into the U.S. market. Having lived in France during my childhood, exploring international opportunities during my university years and major, and throughout my professional journey, I’ve developed a passion for working in global environments with people from diverse backgrounds—something I actively sought in my MBA experience.
I’m a hands-on learner, and I chose Ross to refine my skills as a data-driven decision-maker in marketing and business. The action-based learning opportunities, world-class academics, and vibrant community made Ross the ideal place to grow. Outside of school, I am an avid skiier, hiker, and reader, and I never turn down a good jigsaw puzzle.
As a proud Michigan undergrad alum and lifelong Wolverine fan, I can personally attest to the power of the Michigan community, which extends far beyond the classroom. No matter where you go, you’ll find a welcoming and supportive network of Wolverines, and I’m here to extend that support to you! Feel free to reach out with any questions about my work experience, why I chose Ross, or anything about life at Michigan.
Admissions can be challenging, but by staying true to yourself, I’m confident you’ll find the right fit.
