Prior to Ross, I worked as a Regulatory Compliance professional and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist for 12 years within the commercial banking space in Ghana where I come from. Aside being naturally passionate about the business world, my interest in finance peaked while working with several finance teams to conduct due diligence for high profile transaction due to their complexity, fast pace and high intensity. However, not having a traditional business background and experience created a gap in my knowledge and skillset. Thus, I decided to pursue an MBA to bridge that gap. 

Ross stood out for me, especially because of its strong sense of community, action-based learning, and the reach of its alumni network. My time so far at Ross has been amazing, collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds and the willingness of everyone to help you succeed.
