Ramya Vetukuri

I grew up in Hyderabad, southern India, where my curiosity for complex systems took root. Over the years, I’ve worked across industries—including healthcare, automotive, federal agencies, and transportation—equipping me with a unique lens to tackle challenges at the intersection of engineering, operations, and strategy. Currently, I’m a Process Management Lead at Amtrak, where I focus on optimizing workflows, enhancing efficiencies, and driving cross-functional collaboration to improve operational performance. Previously, I worked with Stellantis, USAID, and Novartis, tackling challenges in product development, supply chain management, and large-scale process improvements.

Pursuing an MBA at Ross was a strategic decision to complement my technical and operational expertise with strong business and leadership skills. I wanted a program that would refine my strategic thinking while surrounding me with a diverse and ambitious cohort. The Weekend MBA format allows me to immediately apply my learning at work, making the experience both dynamic and rewarding.
