Class of 2026

I grew up in Hyderabad, southern India, where my curiosity for complex systems took root. Over the years, I’ve worked across industries—including healthcare, automotive, federal agencies, and transportation—equipping me with a unique lens to tackle challenges at the intersection of engineering, operations, and strategy. Currently, I’m a Process Management Lead at Amtrak, where I focus on optimizing workflows, enhancing efficiencies, and driving cross-functional collaboration to improve operational performance. Previously, I worked with Stellantis, USAID, and Novartis, tackling challenges in product development, supply chain management, and large-scale process improvements.

Pursuing an MBA at Ross was a strategic decision to complement my technical and operational expertise with strong business and leadership skills. I wanted a program that would refine my strategic thinking while surrounding me with a diverse and ambitious cohort. The Weekend MBA format allows me to immediately apply my learning at work, making the experience both dynamic and rewarding. Ross stood out to me for its action-based learning approach, leadership development opportunities, and an expansive network—elements that perfectly align with my aspirations.

Outside of work and academics, I enjoy exploring new cuisines, road trips, and diving into discussions about emerging technologies and business trends. If you’re thinking about Ross and have questions about balancing work, studies, and life, I’d love to share my experience!
