Rongjie (Tara) Tang

I was born into a family of lawyers, which naturally led me to pursue a career in law. After graduating from top law schools in both China and the U.S., I worked as a commercial litigation attorney at three leading firms. I enjoy solving complex problems and making an impact, but I realized that combining law and business can create even greater value. That's why I chose to pursue an MBA, with the goal of transitioning into business and legal advisory, or another role where I can leverage my background to benefit the industry.

Ross is my top choice for business school due to its strong alumni network and supportive culture, which I believe are invaluable assets in a people-centered business world.

Outside of my professional life, I’m a city champion in figure skating and have trained in martial arts for eight years.
