Ross McQuate

Prior to business school I served in the United States Marine Corps as a Ground Intelligence Officer, where I learned to lead cross-functional teams and work with international partners. After my service, I worked in a corporate setting helping manage global security operations for a healthcare organization and investment firm.

I chose Ross Business School due to the collaborative environment, hands-on learning opportunities, and the incredible support from both faculty and fellow students. Opportunities like MAP allowed for a unique learning experience not available elsewhere. Ross stood out as a place that had the resources, network, and MBA culture to help me achieve my goals. Ross truly embodies a culture of mutual support, where people go out of their way to help each other.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy exploring Ann Arbor with my dog, tailgating at The Bus, and spending time with my classmates. I am an avid outdoorsman always looking for a new challenge. I am happy to discuss my journey and experiences, so reach out if you have any questions.
