Ryosuke Takenaka
Before joining the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, I developed a diverse foundation in teaching and business. My time at Lesley University resulted in a Master of Education, where I learned new approaches to school administration and how to strengthen parent-school interactions. Aside from academics, I belonged to an American football team as a Defense Captain at Osaka City University. I established several companies in Japan and Singapore, providing professional coaching services and developing a novel education curriculum for young children. In addition, I established a non-profit primary school in Cambodia.
Currently, at Ross, my passion for Technology and Entrepreneurship finds a confluence, complemented by active involvement in several student clubs. I chose Ross because of its emphasis on community, entrepreneurial resources, and dedication to practical opportunities. Outside the classroom, I enjoy Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, golf, and traveling. I'm pleased to assist you in any way I can as you continue your path. Go Blue!
