Trisha Sultania

Hello! I’m Trisha, originally from India. 

Growing up, I was always fascinated by the business world around me, which sparked my passion for building and scaling brands. To back this up academically, I started my journey with commerce, marketing and finance in the form of a BBA. Those years were all about embracing challenges, diving into new ideas, and figuring out how I could make a difference. Fast forward to today, and here I am at Ross, taking my next big step with an MBA.

Before Ross, I was at Bain & Company, where every day brought new, exciting projects. I had the chance to work on initiatives that really moved the needle and that’s why I love consulting. Those experiences didn’t just sharpen my strategic thinking—they also taught me the importance of teamwork, empathy, and tackling problems head-on. 

So, for the all-important question - Why Ross? For me, it was love at first sight (as cheesy as that sounds!). I was drawn to its unique, action-based learning approach and the incredibly welcoming community. Someone once said, “It’s always about the people,” and it couldn’t be more true here. The passionate, driven, and endlessly supportive people at Ross were what truly sealed the deal. I wanted to be part of a place that values diversity, inclusion, and collaboration as much as I do.
