Vincenzo Caccavo
Prior to Ross, I earned a basketball scholarship to join the University of Windsor Men's Basketball Team, which led me to move from Italy to Canada. After completing my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Finance, I dedicated two years to the startup sector and subsequently spent three years working as a mid-market corporate banker at one of Canada's leading banks in South West Ontario. I decided to pursue my MBA at Ross primarily due to the prominent and community-oriented culture, inclusive and welcoming environment, global recognition and prestige, and the excellence of the academic program exemplified by the exceptional faculty and impressive track record in supporting career transitions. Other equally important factors were the MAP project, the Sanger Leadership Center, the opportunity to join many wonderful student-led Clubs and life in Ann Arbor! I understand the challenges that come with making the decision to relocate abroad when applying to business school so please feel free to reach out if you would like to learn more about our community and program. I'm here to help. I personally benefited greatly from engaging with the student ambassadors last year and I believe this is a significant factor contributing to the warm and inclusive nature of our community. Additionally, I interned with Goldman Sachs Investment Banking in New York City during the summer of 2024, so I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have about IB and life in NYC! Go Blue!
