My Pre-Ross journey is a rather different story. As someone born in an artistic family, I studied art in college. After starting to work, I realized it was more meaningful to me to leverage my ability to influence people than to create artwork on my own. With that in mind, I decided to take the step to embrace more challenges in the business world. I first joined a local media as a project manager for advertising, and later, my aspiration to influence more people led me to join an internet e-commerce in China. Having experience in industry and function switching allows me to always face challenges. It keeps me constantly learning to fulfill my curiosity, which is also one of the reasons why I am interested in consulting.
In general, I think I'm willing to take challenges or actions to make things happen. And this value has led me to Ross. As someone from a non-traditional background, I have received a lot of help and support at Ross. Please feel free to contact me, and I'm more than happy to share! Go Blue!
