Developing Global Competency --- This course is required for all students studying abroad with the Ross Global Exchange program. The course is designed to help students make the most of their study abroad experience by building students' ability to intelligently engage their particular term-abroad host culture. The frameworks and methods used in Developing Global Competency can be used going forward in students' professional lives as they engage in numerous new cultures in years ahead. The course will help students think critically about both their own cultural context and that of their hosts and prepare them with knowledge and tools to maximize their cultural intelligence. Students taking this course must first apply and be admitted to the Ross Global Semester Exchange program through Ross Global Initiatives.
