Real Estate Asset Management - Creating Value through Effective Asset Management --- This course builds upon the core Real Estate Finance offering, RE 466 / 566, by providing a more in-depth evaluation of what constitutes effective real estate strategy, operations and execution that ultimately add value to the long-term performance of a real estate asset. In addition to building upon RE 466 / 566, it complements RE 463 / 563, Real Estate Development in Practice and teaches how to strategize and operate a real estate asset once it is developed. Real Estate Asset Management allows students to grow a deeper understanding of how to strategize, manage and operate real estate assets and gain experience to further their professional careers.
