Sustainable Leadership in the ESG Era --- Sustainable Leadership in the ESG Era is an intensive course that prepares executives to lead transformational change in their organizations, enhancing organizational sustainability for the long run. Acknowledging the evolving demands and expectations of organizational stakeholders with respect to environmental, social, and governance concerns, the course is designed to change leaders? mindsets from the "planning and analysis" of continual improvement to the "innovation and disruption" of sustainability leadership. We build on prior courses and leader experiences to expand participants' capabilities and knowledge beyond competitive strategy, reporting standards, or corporate social responsibility - just to name a few baseline expectations of corporate executives. We will introduce frameworks and tools for meeting distinct sustainability challenges for organizations in the years to come, including - but not limited to - accelerating technological change and digitalization; growing income and wealth inequality; evolving reporting standards and accountability pressures; looming climate crises; polarizing debates about DEI and ESG; and the emergence of more and more vocal stakeholders.
