Zell Early-Stage Fund - Senior Analyst --- This course is the second year of the BBA venture capital fund course cycle. The second year adds in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge regarding how venture capital funds are formed, attract capital, deal with investors, and are operated by fund sponsors and managers. It builds on what students learned in their first year about venture fund portfolio-level investment and management. This course adds to the students' action-based learning by putting them in roles of funds managers who supervise first-year students in investment and due diligence projects.
