Biography

Brit Sharoni is an Assistant Professor of Strategy at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.  She graduated with a PhD from Harvard University in Economics in 2024. Her interests are in organizational economics and innovation. In particular, she studies how organizational structure, through social networks among colleagues and worker’s mobility, affects innovation, labor market outcomes, and firm performance.  Her approach involves developing simple models to convey the intuition behind economic mechanisms, and using data analysis to test these models, all with the aim of addressing questions of importance. She teaches STRAT 390 (Corporate Strategy, BBA).
