Biography

Raffi Indjejikian is the Carlton H. Griffin-Deloitte & Touche LLP Collegiate Professor of Accounting at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. Before joining Michigan, he served as an Associate Professor at the University of Chicago. He received his Ph.D. from the Wharton School and his MBA from the University of Western Ontario.

Professor Indjejikian teaches MBA-level financial and managerial accounting and a seminar in accounting theory. Professor Indjejikian’s research focus is agency theory and its application to accounting practices in organizations. His work has been published in a variety of journals including Journal of Accounting and Economics, Journal of Accounting Research, The Accounting Review, Management Science, Contemporary Accounting Research, International Review of Law and Economics, Foundations and Trends in Accounting, and Accounting Horizons. Professor Indjejikian has served as an associate editor of The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, Management Science, and the Journal of Accounting, Auditing and Finance. Currently he serves on the editorial boards of Contemporary Accounting Research and the Review of Accounting Studies.
