Round 2 Interview Invites Coming Soon, Tips for Applying in Round 3

We hope that everyone was able to enjoy a happy, healthy, and restful holiday season. 

Here at Michigan Ross, 2022 is off to a great start. The Admissions team and I were excited to see so many great applications submitted in Round 2, and we were delighted to be featured for the fifth time in six years, in Poets & Quants’ Top 10 Business Schools to watch in 2022 after being named the Top MBA Program of 2021.

What Round 2 applicants need to know

Now that your application has been submitted, I wanted to let you know what is happening with it and when you can expect to hear back from us. The team is currently reviewing Round 2 applications to determine whom to invite to interview. We are aiming to send all interview invitations on Monday, Jan. 31. 

Interviews will be conducted virtually by a Ross alum or second-year student. (Check out our virtual interview tips to prepare.) Applicants who are not invited to interview will receive either a “waitlist” or “deny” notification when decisions are released on March 18. 

Round 3 deadline and application tips

For those planning to apply in Round 3, the deadline is April 4. Those interested in hearing application tips can join one of our Round 3 Application Tip Workshops on February 17, March 10 and March 22.
