Study the robustness of supply chain and use of technology with respect to inventory, supply and consumption of medicines and medical consumables in 108 ambulances of EMRI ( about 10,000 in number spread in 13 states in India) and suggest improvement keeping following critical parameters as central focus of study:

- Inventory levels
- Stock outs
- Obsolescence
- Leakage/ pilferage
- Delivery system/ logistics
- Cost of logistics
