LISTEN NOW: Becoming and Staying Connected in a Changing World of Leadership
A scientific, data-driven approach to leadership development will continue to gain traction in the coming years, according to Michigan Ross Professor Lindy Greer.
Appearing on the Leveraging Thought Leadership podcast, Greer and host Peter Winick engage in a wide-ranging discussion that covers traits of good leadership, how to build a strong team while working remotely, and the rise of data-driven leadership studies.
“In the last five or 10 years, you’ve seen a new generation of business school research emerge on leadership that I think has the potential to make even a bigger impact,” Greer says on the podcast. “So it’s a really exciting time, I think, to be at this intersection of science and leadership.”
Lindy Greer is an Associate Professor of Management and Organizations, Faculty Director of the Sanger Leadership Center, and a Michael R. and Mary Kay Hallman Fellow at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
