Christos N. Kyriazi, MAcc '16
Though he started his college career as a molecular biology major, Chris Kyriazi couldn’t be happier that he ended up a Ross MAcc alum. After switching to finance at the University of Denver and completing the Master of Science in Finance program at Villanova University, Chris joined the Ross MAcc Program. He’s currently working for Stout Risius Ross in Chicago as an investment banking analyst — and loves it.
Chris credits Ross Career Services with helping him to land his job at SRR. “The career services offered at Ross are second to none. I still use some of the resources now to update my resume and continue to develop my career. The opportunities afforded students at Ross through career services are incredible.”
He also enjoyed developing his leadership skills while serving as Vice President of the MAcc Student Association. “I can honestly say I grew more as a leader during the MAcc than any other year prior. Throughout the year, my leadership skills were tested as I was forced to tackle unique challenges alongside my fellow Board members.”
The camaraderie in the program was another plus. “The thing that hit me the most was everyone's intelligence, desire to learn, and ambition,” he says. “I love my peers from the MAcc program. I miss them every day — we truly were a group of 101.”
“My experience in the MAcc program merged professional, social, and academic experiences and allowed me to be comfortable in any situation.”
