Sue Ann's passion lies in the areas of executive, leadership, career, and team coaching. Sue Ann works with leaders and their teams to create and sustain culture change, build partnerships, identify unconscious bias, master change (personal and organizational), and improve communications within, across and between departments. She also facilitates workshops on these topics and serves as a keynote speaker.

Sue Ann has 20 years of experience as a corporate executive, eight of which were with two Fortune 100 technology companies. She has worked in the areas of organizational development, mergers & acquisitions, strategic accounts, sales operations, and customer service. During her time with Ingram Micro, Sue Ann was selected by CEO/Chairman Jerre Stead to direct corporate culture change initiative for 16,000 associates in 32 countries.
