Michigan Ross BBA Class of 2024 Earned Six-figure Salaries and High Job Offer Rates from Top Companies

The newly released employment data highlights the continued success of graduates from the Ross School of Business Bachelor of Business Administration program in earning strong salaries and finding careers in their chosen paths.
For the third year in a row, more than 99% of graduates received a job offer by Sept. 30 and were hired by sought-after companies like Boston Consulting Group, Citi, Amazon, Google, and PepsiCo. For the second year in a row, graduates earned a median salary of more than $100,000, and 82% reported receiving a median signing bonus of $10,000.
“We are proud to see Michigan Ross BBA graduates continuously recognized as strong candidates by the world’s top employers,” said Heather Byrne, managing director of the Career Development Office. “The employment data results underscore the quality of graduates, the value of a Michigan Ross degree, the effectiveness of our career services, and our commitment to preparing impactful leaders.”
The Class of 2024 pursued careers in a broad range of fields and interests, with financial services (43.8%) as the top industry destination, followed by consulting (23.0%) and technology (7.3%).
The new report also looks at the employment data for summer internships held by the Class of 2025. BBAs interned at more than 450 companies in 2024 with many of the same highly desirable employers.
