Net Impact' at Ross's mission is to make Ross MBAs the paragons of responsible leadership. To this end, we focus on three primary areas that provide our members the tools to lead in thoughtful action: -Career and Professional Development: To provide career resources that enable students to find jobs in fields geared toward or incorporating attention to social impact and sustainability, and to connect students with a worldwide network of Net Impact members. -Events and Community Development: To raise awareness about the power of business for social, environmental, and economic impact by organizing events for the student body and to build a community of students who are committed to these tenets. -Curriculum and School Development: To encourage student and faculty learning and leadership development through engagement in social and environmental issues in the curriculum and school programs.

We are a professional network with members of all disciplines at the Ross School of Business focusing on the intersection between environmental sustainability, social impact, and business. We conduct several projects with both local businesses and larger companies over each semester. Throughout the year, we host fun events, various speakers, and panels.

Out for Business strives to accomplish three goals: to build community among the queer members of the Ross community, to provide professional development resources for our membership, and to raise awareness among all Ross faculty, staff, and students of the issues facing queer individuals in society.

The Private Banking Era (PBE) is a student-led business club established in April 2024, with goals of providing unparalleled technical aspects of private banking knowledge, helping students understand the most elite services in the banking industry, and equipping all members with the skills and expertise necessary to serve high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs). The goal is achieved through education sessions regarding the private bank’s special services (trust fund, family office, and evaluation of source of wealth), professional development sessions (wine knowledge, sporting pursuit, and wellness retreats), and guest speaker events.
