Students at a club
Clubs & Involvement

At Ross, there’s no shortage of ways to get involved outside the classroom. Challenge yourself to take on a leadership position, pursue your passion in a student club, or take on the thrill of case competitions  and build meaningful connections along the way. Your time here is what you make it, so make it count!

Take the Lead

A great business without a great leader? Doesn’t happen. Leadership is at the heart of building a better world through business, which is why you’ll find many ways to sharpen your leadership skills while in the BBA program.

BBA Council
Be the voice of your classmates. This peer-elected council acts on behalf of the student body to partner with Ross leadership and promote positive change within the school.

Ross Undergraduate Student Advisory Board (RUSAB)
Have an opinion about what courses should be offered at Ross? Advocate for the future of Ross academics by joining this representative body of the BBA class.

Town Halls
Town halls are a great way to share your input directly with deans, faculty, staff, and administrators, as well as your fellow classmates. Look for town halls at least once a term.

Our mission is to empower undergraduate women by providing a supportive community where we collectively strive to become knowledgeable and proficient in the realm of finance. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment that promotes financial literacy, investment education, and professional growth. By leveraging our diverse backgrounds and perspectives, we aim to equip our members with the tools, skills, and confidence to navigate the complex world of finance successfully. Our ultimate goal is to empower each member to secure their economic futures and become leaders in the field of finance. Together, we aspire to shatter barriers, challenge stereotypes, and create a lasting impact in the world of finance as confident and well-versed women.

We are a professional network with members of all disciplines at the Ross School of Business focusing on the intersection between environmental sustainability, social impact, and business. We conduct several projects with both local businesses and larger companies over each semester. Throughout the year, we host fun events, various speakers, and panels.

Out for Business strives to accomplish three goals: to build community among the queer members of the Ross community, to provide professional development resources for our membership, and to raise awareness among all Ross faculty, staff, and students of the issues facing queer individuals in society.
